中山區樂山娘札幌拉麵

樂山娘札幌拉麵中山店已經開了很多年了.在拉麵風潮還沒在台灣開始之前,樂山娘就已經在此服務大眾,並為在台日商一解鄉愁.
在樂山娘中山店,幾乎營業時間裡總是會有一兩桌日本人,可見其口味的道地程度.我吃過很多家的拉麵,但吃來吃去,還是覺得這家的湯頭好.

樂山娘有集點卡,NT200一點,十點換一張九折卡.扣掉沒集滿就搞丟的不算,我應該有至少2-3張九折卡了.

Dosanko Ramen at Jhongshan N. Rd has been here serving authentic Japanese noodle soups long before Japanese noodle soups (aka Ramen) had became a pop trend in Taiwan. Japanese expats are always seen here, and that is the proof of the fidelity of taste of this restaurant. I tried quite a few ramen restaurants, but I always come back to Dosanko. It makes great stock.
Dosanko has its own frequent miles program; I believe I’ve earned more than I need.

 

樂山娘除了多種口味的拉麵之外,也有不少庶民小菜.強棒拉麵算是台灣的什錦麵,也是銷量很好的一款麵.但是我要推薦的是地獄拉麵及叉燒拉麵.叉燒拉麵可能是內容最簡單的,但是它湯頭卻是百喝不膩.

Dosanko offers a variety of ramen in additions to assorted side dishes. Champion Ramen is the best seller, but I’d recommend Hell Ramen(agonizingly spicy noodle soup)and Roasted Pork Ramen, which is perhaps the most plain ramen of the restaurant, but I can never get tired of its stock soup.

 

上次到樂山娘恐怕已經是兩年前了.今天再度品嚐叉燒拉麵,感覺上好像料比以前少,還好湯頭一樣迷人,麵身一樣有勁.但我還是要強調一下,樂山娘沒漲價喔!

It’s been almost two years since I was here last time. Once again I ordered my routine, Roasted Pork Ramen. However, it seems the content is less than what I had remembered. Yet the stock soup is still charming and the noodle is still rich in texture. Nonetheless, I’ll testify that the prices are still the same just like before.
