Squid Chowfan with BBQ Sauce

特點:

1. 簡單做出趨近海產店水準的炒飯

2. 便宜又好吃

 

你會需要以下材料:

1. 沙茶醬30CC

2. 花枝切斜片

3. 蒜瓣3切碎

4. 青蔥一兩根切蔥花

5. 蛋一顆

6. 薑末約2-3CC

 

作法:

1. 小火略熱鍋, 入油, 放入打散的蛋略煎成5分熟即可.

2. 移出雞蛋, 再倒一點油,大火爆炒蒜瓣(也可加紅辣椒, 洋蔥)30秒以內,轉小火.

3. 放入花枝片與薑末大火爆炒,加一點米酒, 到五分熟後立即移出並關火

4. 改中小火,放入冷飯, 持續翻炒並壓碎結塊的米飯約3分鐘

5. 放入沙茶醬充份攪拌約1分鐘

6. 放入炒過的蛋充份攪拌約1分鐘

7. 放入炒過的花枝片充份攪拌約2-3分鐘, 依各人口味可加一點鹽. 你爽就好. 關火前灑蔥花

Ingredient:
1. BBQ Sauce 30cc
2. Sliced fresh squid
3. Garlic 3pc, minced
4. Some green onion as desired, fine-chopped
5. One egg
6. Minced ginger

Direction:
1. Pan (or wok) with a some oil on low heat. Fry a whipped egg, medium rare.
2. Remove the egg from pan, refill just a pinch of oil, and swiftly stir fry minced onion at high heat (add chooped chili and onion if desired) for about 30 seconds or less. Turn to lowest heat.
3. Add squid and minced ginger, turn to high heat and stir fry. Add a pinch of rice wine. When mediun rare, remove the content and turn off heat.
4. Turn to medium heat and add steamed rice. Stir constantly for 3 min. and crush the joining rice balls.
5. Add BBQ sauce and stir fry for 1 min
6. Add egg and stir fry for 1 min
7. Add squid and stir fry for 2-3 min. Season with salt or whatever may please you. Right before turning off heat, sprinkle the chopped green onion.

Done! Time to relief your hunger now.
